The three meanest farmers around are out to get him. Fat Boggis, squat Bunce, and skinny Bean have joined forces, and they have Mr. Fox and his family surrounded. What they don’t know is that they’re not dealing with just any fox–Mr. Fox would never surrender. But only the most fantastic plan ever can save him now. Review This is a delightful children's book. I didn't read much Dahl as a kid and I really wish I would have. I think younger Manda would have loved his books. Dahl has a great imagination and brings his imagery to life; he puts you right into the middle of his stories. His stories are a bit on the dark side, but I believe in a way that most children can handle. Fantastic Mr. Fox has beautiful illustrations and provides great lessons to children about how we treat others and take care of those around us.
